Is FREE delivery offered on all your products?
Yes, we offer FREE delivery on all the items we stock.

Next day delivery
Many of our products qualify for free next day delivery. To ensure this happens, please place your order before the specified cut-off time (stated on the product page). Some next day items can also be delivered fully assembled for a small fee.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the whole of the UK. FREE delivery applies to addresses within UK Mainland, with a small surcharge for certain items delivered to the Highlands of Scotland. If any delivery issues arise, we will contact you as soon as they are flagged up, after your order is placed. What time and which days do you deliver?
Deliveries are made during working hours, Monday to Friday. While we cannot always confirm the exact delivery date at the time of ordering, you’ll typically receive a call 1-2 days prior to delivery. How long will my order take to be delivered?
Each product on our website shows an estimated delivery time, provided in good faith. If you come across a product without an estimated delivery time, please feel free to contact us (using the details in the header above), and we will do our best to provide an accurate estimated delivery time. Orders placed before 5pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day. We always aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

Delivery access
As per standard transport practices, deliveries are typically made to the ground floor entrance of your premises. If you would like delivery to another floor, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or 0800 298 7033, and our team will assist you in arranging this enhanced service.

Shipments to Northern Ireland (BT Postcode)
Unfortunately, due to changes as of 1st January 2020, we are unable to deliver some products to Northern Ireland. If you're based in Northern Ireland and need assistance, please contact our sales team at [email protected] or call 0800 298 7033 to discuss your requirements. Don’t worry, if you've already placed an order for delivery to Northern Ireland, we will automatically contact you to confirm whether we are able to ship the item and inform you of any related shipping charges that may apply before processing the order and confirming payment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are working hard to resolve these issues.

Problems with deliveries
While we use reliable UK couriers, damages can occasionally occur. If possible, please include a photo of the damage in your email, and we will prioritise resolving the issue.
