The Aston executive free-standing desk can be specified with a single wood veneer finish, either Oak or Natural walnut and including a solid wood edge profile of the same finish, or in ice white or black, through-colour laminate with a solid wood edge profile. Pedestal and storage units may be specified with a single wood veneer finish to the carcass, either oak or natural walnut and including a solid wood edge profile of the same finish, or in bright white or black through-colour laminate with a solid wood edge profile. The drawer and door fronts may be specified separately in a choice of either oak or natural walnut, bright white or black laminate finish.

Real wood veneer worksurfaces are protected by a factory applied polished lacquer, shielding the wood against staining and abrasion from dirt in normal office environments. Regular dusting should help keep the worksurface in perfect condition. When necessary, surfaces should be gently wiped with a non-abrasive cloth, dampened with warm soapy water. Immediately dry with a clean and dry non-abrasive cloth. Do not use neat, strong or abrasive cleaning fluids or furniture polish, as these may affect the colour and finish of the veneer surface. Diluted washing up liquid or mild anti-bacterial cleaner is more than adequate. If in doubt, we recommend only using warm water.
